Eagle Mill

Challenged by its listed building status and conservation area location, we successfully gained planning permission for the exciting development of this growing hotel and spa. Eagle Mill needed a masterplan to expand the existing business. We conceived a new building for a restaurant, spa, pool, sauna and treatment rooms, with additional guest accommodation and parking. Leys House

This contemporary, single-storey extension breathes life into a dated city home. A dark brick finish and timber louvre canopy create a striking contrast to the property’s original look. Cameron Bosque Brookes were appointed at the pre-planning stage to develop a scheme for this sustainable, car-free development of 30 luxury apartments in Northeast London. Burgh Hall

We are working closely with the district council's historic and conservation team on the renovations to this grade II* listed Manor house, built late C15, probably by the Ingoldsthorpe family. CBBA have been appointed to work on a fit out of a restaurant in the modern Export building at the East India Dock in London. The project is for a restaurant chain and works are due to be completed soon.

The Terrace

A contemporary extension and loft conversion elevate this terraced home. The design draws on a range of materials, featuring a balanced mixture of metal, timber and concrete textured finishes. Exposed steel beams and lots of glazing create a bright interior with a modern, industrial feel.

Dao Cafe

This fit-out project for Dao Food Express marks an exciting venture into UK hospitality for them. Dao specialises in the exportation of tea and coffee, grown and farmed from their own land in China.
