The Old Rectory is a grade II listed property located in the village of Freckenham. The property dates back to the 16th century but was extended and altered considerably in the 18th, 19th and 20th centuries.
The oldest part of the house is the timber frame which is exposed throughout the interior, but after the extensions and alterations over the centuries, the building was encased in a brick structure.
We gained planning approval to develop the kitchen, utility and dining areas, as well as to introduce new rooflights and windows, and make internal alterations.
