The Compliance package offers the minimum level of service needed to obtain planning and building regulation approval, as well as providing a reasonable level of information for a building contractor to price and build from.
Our Standard package offers everything included in Compliance, but with 3D visuals, colour elevations, and more detailed technical design and tender information for better cost and design certainty.
Our Premium package is for those clients who want a fully managed service. Compared to the standard package we allow for more face-to-face meetings and will provide both internal and external visuals, along with an interactive 3D BIMX model.
We will handle building regulations and provide a tender service, with all fixtures and finishes. We’ll procure suppliers for the project, and act as construction administrators throughout the construction stage.
Prices for architects can vary. We offer a three-tiered structure, with packages to suit a range of different clients, budgets, and projects.
We also offer fixed fees for set stages, providing statutory support and design guidance for those who don’t need our input for the whole journey.
We often find our fee pays for itself during the course of a build, with experience and knowledge saving clients’ money at every stage.
