We co-ordinate with interior designers and building services engineers to create a cohesive and fully integrated design concepts. We offer a start to finish service for all our clients and adapt to suit your needs covering planning, building regulations and project management if required.

In the high-stakes hospitality sector, a specialist hotel architect is the primary driver of a project’s commercial viability and guest experience. Whether designing a luxury boutique retreat or a large-scale international resort, a leading hotel design architect in England focuses on “RevPAR-driven design”—optimising room layouts and public spaces to maximise revenue while ensuring operational efficiency.

By integrating strategic masterplanning, immersive interior architecture, and resilient material specification, a dedicated hotel architect ensures that every touchpoint, from the theatricality of the lobby to the acoustic privacy of the guest suites, works in harmony to foster brand loyalty, drive positive reviews, and increase the long-term capital value of the asset.

Cameron Bosque Brookes are experienced hotel architects and recently designed the new building at grade II listed Eagle Mill Hotel which contains a spa, restaurant and more en suite bedrooms as well as refurbishments and alterations to the heritage asset. Hotels and B&B accommodation are the specialties of our directors. Oliver Brookes has collaborated with Travel Lodge previously and Grant Cameron has worked with Grove Barns a luxury bed and breakfast and also Woodpaddock B&B which was voted best place to stay by Tripadvisor.

Virtual Reality Vault

The biggest issue with 2d plans and 3d images is that our clients struggle to understand the designs concept and when you are paying thousands of pounds on a building project this is not good enough. We use virtual reality as part of the design process to show you options and allow you to walk around the proposals as if you would in real life. You get a sense of how the completed building will feel and the sense of space.

Hotel Architects

We aim to create a guest experience with design spaces that are memorable, immersive, and aligned with the hotel’s brand, focusing on guest comfort and the overall journey through the property. We ensure we design for functionality, spaces are not just beautiful but also practical for both guests and staff. This includes optimizing guest flow, designing functional room layouts, and ensuring efficient back-of-house operations.

The perfect blending of aesthetics and operations is essential when designing any hotel: The design must balance a visually appealing and branded identity with the practical needs of the hotel’s operation. This means a design should both look good and work well for the business. Integrating modern needs is essential and as modern hotel architects we must incorporate current trends and needs, such as seamlessly integrating technology for amenities like automated check-in and energy management, and focusing on sustainability and safety.

Our hotel designs work goes beyond basic structure to create functional and aesthetically pleasing environments that enhance the guest experience, support the brand, and are operationally efficient. This involves designing everything from the exterior and public spaces like the lobby to the interior layouts of guest rooms, while also considering modern elements like technology integration and sustainability.
