Cameron Bosque Brookes were appointed at the pre-planning stage to develop a scheme for this sustainable, car-free development of 30 luxury apartments in Northeast London.
It features the use of solar panels, green walls and roofs, and an eco-friendly internal courtyard complete with a garden, cultivated to attract a mix of wildlife.
The buildings will be thermally efficient, offering low running costs and high levels of comfort throughout the year.
The design follows a contemporary style, finished in a range of yellow London stock bricks, a grey zinc roof, and aluminium windows and doors. These external features will enhance the streetscape and render the building a feature for the area.
