The property features a vaulted ceiling throughout, creating a sense of space not dissimilar to a traditional barn. The agricultural influence carries through to the externals which are finished in a mix of cedar cladding, steel sheeting and long format Roman bricks.

We have won awards for our listed barn conversions and was nominated for Best architect at the national build it awards for a self-build home for our contemporary barn, which was a new build inspired by a former agricultural barn which stood on the site. We have worked with farmers, homeowners and other commercial companies on a wide range of barn projects including class Q and R permitted development barn conversions.
Fees vary depending on the size and complexity of the project. We provide a clear, tailored quote after an initial consultation. As a guide for a full start to finish service will be between 5% and 10% of the total construction value depending on the project requirements.
Absolutely. We prepare and submit planning applications on your behalf and liaise with the local planning authorities to streamline the process. We also do the same for building regulations, making the process simple for our clients.
