BA Hons MArch MA PG Dip ARB Grant is a qualified architect and urban designer. Prior to founding CBBA he spent many years in the construction industry working for award-winning practices on high-end residential and commercial projects in London and surrounding areas. He has valuable expertise in town planning legislation and master planning for large housing and mix use development sites. Grant has worked on many listed and historic building projects and understands how to design with heritage assets in conservation areas. Grant is experienced in the administration of JCT contracts and delivering complex building projects. When he’s not at work, Grant enjoys reading, football and golf, beach or mountain holidays and the weather as hot as hot can be.
