Our directors prior to working for CBBA have been involved in many prestigious heritage projects in central London and Cambridge.

Heritage
We are working closely with the district council’s historic and conservation team on the renovations to this grade II* listed Manor house, built late C15, probably by the Ingoldsthorpe family.
Heritage
The Old Rectory is a grade II listed property located in the village of Freckenham. The property dates back to the 16th century but was extended and altered considerably in the 18th, 19th and 20th centuries.
The biggest issue with 2d plans and 3d images is that our clients struggle to understand the designs concept and when you are paying thousands of pounds on a building project this is not good enough. We use virtual reality as part of the design process to show you options and allow you to walk around the proposals as if you would in real life. You get a sense of how the completed building will feel and the sense of space.

Absolutely. We prepare and submit planning and or listed building consent applications on your behalf and liaise with the local planning authorities to streamline the process. We provide detailed drawings and supporting documentation like heritage statements which are required for the application.
We have extensive experience with listed and historic buildings and understand how to best repair, extend or convert these buildings. We have good relationships with council conservation officers and understand the process to ensure your plans are approved.
