It is a unique self-build home which is almost 8,000sqft over 3 levels finished with contemporary interiors to the highest of standards. This remarkable property offers a large kitchen living dining space, formal dining room, utility, snug, gym and office on the ground floor.
The biggest issue with 2d plans and 3d images is that our clients struggle to understand the designs concept and when you are paying thousands of pounds on a building project this is not good enough. We use virtual reality as part of the design process to show you options and allow you to walk around the proposals as if you would in real life. You get a sense of how the completed building will feel and the sense of space.

We offer full architectural services start to finish (RIBA Stages 0-7) for residential, heritage and commercial clients. Our services include concept design, planning applications, building regulations, procurement and project management. We make the process stress free by taking the lead working with other consultants and building contractors so our busy clients are not overwhelmed by their complex developments.
Most projects we work on are from £100k upwards for small extensions and renovations, although some large extensions, conversion and self build contemporary new homes could be from £1 million upwards. Our commercial developments can range from £1 million to £20 million. No matter the size and complexity of the project we aim to elevate every space and create unique buildings for each individual client.
Fees vary depending on the size and complexity of the project. We provide a clear, tailored quote after an initial consultation. As a guide for a full start to finish service will be between 5 and 10 % of the total construction value depending on the project requirements and size.
Absolutely. We prepare and submit planning applications on your behalf and liaise with the local planning authorities to streamline the process. We also do the same for building regulations, making the process simple for our clients.
No not in the purest context, but we have in the past collaborated with an interior designer and worked with them to get ensure the architecture marries seamlessly with the luxury interiors. We can recommend interior designers we have worked with before in the past if required.
