The biggest issue with 2d plans and 3d images is that our clients struggle to understand the designs concept and when you are paying thousands of pounds on a building project this is not good enough. We use virtual reality as part of the design process to show you options and allow you to walk around the proposals as if you would in real life. You get a sense of how the completed building will feel and the sense of space.

We offer full architectural services (RIBA Stages 0-7) including concept design, planning applications, building regulations, procurement and project management. We make the process stress free by taking the lead working with other consultants and building contractors so our busy clients are not overwhelmed by a luxury home development.
Most luxury projects we work on are million pound high end homes which involve conversions and extensions of existing historic buildings or new self-build homes. The construction values of these homes are from £1 million upwards and aim to be bespoke, stand out and tailored to each individual client.
Fees vary depending on the size and complexity of the project. We provide a clear, tailored quote after an initial consultation. As a guide for a full start to finish service will be between 7 and 12 % of the total construction value depending on the project requirements.
Absolutely. We prepare and submit planning applications on your behalf and liaise with the local planning authorities to streamline the process. We also do the same for building regulations, making the process simple for our clients.
No not in the purest context, but we have in the past collaborated with an interior designer and worked with them to get ensure the architecture marries seamlessly with the luxury interiors. We can recommend interior designers we have worked with before in the past if required.
