This sympathetic contemporary single storey extension and renovation project of a detached home in the city centre transforms a dated family home into the 21st century. The sustainable extension has been finished in a dark grey brick with a timber louvre canopy and flat green roof. The interior design is bold and modern with exposed colourful steel beams and well placed rooflights which purposely flood the kitchen and dining areas with natural light.
