Burgh Hall

We are working closely with the district council's historic and conservation team on the renovations to this grade II* listed Manor house, built late C15, probably by the Ingoldsthorpe family. In late C16 or early C17 a stack and floor were inserted into the open hall and a rear wing was built in 1967, which requires most of the alterations. The original building is a timber frame and the site would have been moated. The building is of local importance and high heritage significance which requires that all alterations to the building are sympathetically done in traditional materials and construction methods. We have extensive experience with historic listed buildings and we enjoy working on these challenging projects.
