CBBA were appointed at the pre-planning stage to develop a scheme for 30 luxury apartments (mix of 1, 2 and 3 bed) on a brownfield site in East London. The sustainable car-free development features pv panels, green walls and green roofs with an eco-friendly internal courtyard garden to attract a mix of wildlife. The building will be very thermally efficient offering low running costs and high levels of comfort throughout the year. The design of the building is in a contemporary modern London style finished in a range of yellow London stock bricks and grey zinc roof with aluminium windows and doors. The development will enhance the streetscape and be a feature building to the area.
